3) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep it updated.

4) Products, Colours, and Sizing

Product descriptions. We try to display product information accurately. However, minor variations in colour/texture may occur due to camera lighting, device displays, and hand‑work/artisanal variance.
Measurements & tailoring. Dress materials may vary slightly in measurements due to fabric characteristics and manual cutting. If stitching/customization is offered, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements; read any specific tailoring terms on the product page.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Invoicing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated on the product page and checkout. GST will be shown on the invoice as applicable under the CGST/SGST/IGST regime.
Price changes & errors. We may correct pricing errors and update prices without prior notice. If the correct price is higher than what you paid, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order with a full refund.
A GST‑compliant invoice will be issued to the billing details provided. For business invoices, ensure you enter a valid GSTIN at checkout.

6) Orders & Acceptance

Order placement. Your order is an offer to buy; order confirmation (email/SMS) acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance/dispatch. We accept your order when we dispatch the products. We may refuse/cancel any order for reasons including limited stock, payment issues, address validation, policy violations, suspected fraud, or logistics constraints.
Order communication. You consent to receive transactional communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp) about your order status.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards and Net‑Banking
Payment security. Online payments are processed by third‑party payment gateways. We do not store complete card or UPI credentials on our servers.

Promo codes are single‑use unless stated, may exclude certain products, and cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.

9) Reviews & User Content

You may post reviews, images, or comments, provided they are lawful, non‑infringing, non‑defamatory, non‑obscene, and free of malware or spam.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, seated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with proceedings in English.

18) Suspension, Termination & Remedies

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for suspected fraud, misuse, policy breach, or legal/operational reasons. We also reserve all other remedies available at law or equity.
