1) Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days after payment/verification.
- Order verification: We may contact you to verify address/phone or confirm COD orders. Orders may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you.
- 2) Shipping Methods, Charges & Free Shipping
- Carriers: We use reputed courier partners such as [Delhivery / Blue Dart / India Post / DTDC] depending on your PIN code.
- Charges: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight/volumetric weight and destination PIN code.
- Free shipping: [Optional] Free shipping on orders above ₹[amount] (after discounts). This threshold may vary during promotions.
3) Delivery Timelines (Indicative)
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- Non‑metro / rest of India: 3–8 business days from dispatch.
- Remote/ODA locations can take longer. Delays may occur during festivals, sale events, adverse weather, or courier operational issues. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
4) Tracking Your Order
- A tracking link/ID is sent by email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after dispatch.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
5) Address, Phone & Delivery Attempts
- Ensure your full address and active phone number are correct at checkout.
- Address changes after placing the order may not be possible. If feasible, we’ll try to assist before dispatch only.
- Couriers usually make 1–3 delivery attempts. If undelivered due to no‑response/wrong address, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). Re‑shipping charges may apply.
6) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available for selected PIN codes/orders and may attract COD fees displayed at checkout.
- We may conduct phone/WhatsApp verification for COD. Non‑responsive or high‑risk COD orders may be cancelled.
- Repeated COD refusals may lead to account restrictions.
7) Packaging, Shortages & Damage in Transit
- We pack orders securely. Please do not accept a parcel that appears tampered/damaged; request the delivery agent to note the issue.
- For damage/shortage claims, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: (a) unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and opening in one take, (b) clear photos of the outer box, label, and product.
- On verification, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock) or refund. See our Terms for details.
8) Non‑Returnable Items & Defect Exception
- As per our store policy, all sales are final (Non‑Returnable).
- Exception: If you receive a defective/damaged item, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with the evidence listed above. Approved cases will be resolved via replacement or refund.
9) Partial Shipments & Multiple Parcels
For faster delivery, we may ship items from an order in multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking ID. Shipping charges (if any) are based on the order and not duplicated for split shipments.
10) Delivery Scope & Access Limitations
- Delivery is to the address doorstep (ground‑floor/entrance) as per courier policies. Installation, upstairs delivery, or time‑definite delivery is not included.
- Couriers may not call prior to delivery in all cases. Availability at the address during working hours is recommended.
11) Undeliverable & RTO (Return to Origin)
- A shipment may be marked undeliverable for reasons including incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone, premises locked, repeated failed attempts, or refusal on delivery.
- Once an order is RTO’d, we can re‑ship on payment of re‑shipping charges and confirmation of correct address. If you choose to cancel instead, we may deduct two‑way shipping and COD fees (where applicable) from any refund for pre‑paid orders. COD orders returned to origin may be cancelled without refund of COD fees.
12) Force Majeure & Public Holidays
We are not liable for delays or non‑delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, government actions, network failures, or courier constraints. Dispatches do not occur on Sundays and public holidays.
13) International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled within India only.
